Many things may capture your eye
Let faith in God capture your heart.


If you are like me you worry. I found out that if I worry about tomorow and it doesn't happen I worried in vain. If it does happen, I worry twice.
 Start  every new day expecting the unexpected.
Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed. Smile.Sing.
Simplify and unclutter your life. Less is more.
Say no to projects that won't fit your time schedule.
Say no to people that will compromise your state of mind.
Take one day at the time.
Do something that will make you laugh.
Keep close a spiritual book,read while you wait and when you can.
Find time to be by yourself.
Write down toughts and inspirations.
Having problems:"TALK TO GOD". Separate worries from concerns.If a situation is a concern find out what God would have you do and LET GO OF THE ANXIETY.
Talk less; listen more. Learn to keep your mouth shut (bite your tong;painful but will prevent an enormous amount of trouble).
Be kind to unkind people. Develop a forgiving attitude.
Sit on your ego. You are not the CEO of the world..
The shortest bridge between despair and hope is thanksgiving.
Enjoy life. Laugh with your friends, laugh  with your family. Laugh...Laugh some more!
